Thanks for checking out Ask Chef Robert. I hope to use this blog and the accompanying videos to help the home cook learn how to do new cooking techniques and recipes all fuelled by your questions. Whether it’s “how do I make caramelized onions? or “ what is braising?”, I’ll have an answer for you based on what I have learned in the past 15 years from culinary school, kicking around professional kitchens, and catering.
